Zion National Park, Utah

Well we finally made it to Zion National Park. Today was our first full day here. We caught a shuttle bus and rode up to the north end of the park. From there we did a 2 mile hike up the river and then walked down to our next trailhead for the Emerald trails and Kayenta trail. At the end of the day we had hiked approximately 13 miles and seen the northern half of the park. Here are some pictures of the day.

While posting on our blog I saw the bullet at the top that said, next blog. I hit it and your blog came up. It was so exciting because both my wife and I grew up in Cedar City, Utah. To see the scenery that we are so familiar with but right now is another world away was fantastic. Enjoyed visiting your blog.
