Toadstool Geological Park, Oglala National Grasslands, Nebraska

We hiked around through Toadstool Park today. It looks like a miniature Badlands. The parks beauty is a consequence of serious erosion, much like the Badlands. It causes formations which look like toadstools because the sandstone on the top doesn't wear as quickly as the dirt underneasth it. I'm guessing that is how it got it's (Toadstool) name.
